At 4R Customs we believe the parts we sell are some of the best upgrades available for Toyota 4Runners. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and customer-friendly while protecting the quality of the products we ship.

If something is not right with your order, we want to help fix it. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and our team is always happy to help you get your build back on track.

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

60 Day Returns for Trail Runner Rewards Members
Customers with a 4R Customs account automatically qualify for our extended return window.

Return Window

Standard customers may request returns within 31 days of ordering. Customers with a store account receive an extended 60 day return window.

Return Shipping Covered

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will cover up to $50 of return shipping. We also do not deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

Installed Parts

We want you to be happy with your order. Parts that have been installed may still be returned if the request is made within 15 days of shipping. This helps prevent products from being used long-term before being returned.

If outside of this window, feel free to contact us with photos of the product condition and we will do our best to help.

Restocking

Some returns may include a variable restocking fee depending on the condition of the item, packaging, and product type. Any applicable restocking fees will be listed on the product page when applicable.

Warranty Support

We stand behind the products we sell and encourage customers to utilize manufacturer warranties whenever an issue occurs.

Manufacturer Warranties

All products sold by 4R Customs include manufacturer warranties that cover defects and product failures. We stand behind our parts and will help get warranty issues resolved whenever possible.

We Help With Claims

If a warranty issue occurs, we will work directly with the manufacturer to help resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Warranty Limitations

Warranties do not cover improper installation, misuse, intentional modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Additional warranty information may be available directly on the product page.

Shipping Policy

Most orders ship quickly from within the United States. Delivery times depend on product availability, warehouse inventory, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Shipping rates are based on product weight and dimensions
  • Most products on our website ship free within the lower 48 states
  • Tracking numbers are provided once orders ship
  • Orders may ship from multiple warehouses depending on the products ordered
Time-Sensitive Orders & Product Availability
If you need an item shipped or delivered within a certain timeframe, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

We do our best to keep all product lead times updated, but with supplier inventory changes, manufacturer delays, and specialty-built products, it is not always feasible to have every lead time updated in real time.
Premature Order Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipping may still incur a 3%–8% transaction processing fee. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is not money that 4R Customs keeps.

Processing fees depend on the payment method used at checkout:
  • Stripe / Credit Card: 3%
  • PayPal: 4%
  • Affirm: 8%

All shipments include $100 of damage protection. Additional insurance can be added before shipping by contacting us.

If your item arrives damaged, we will always work with you to make sure you receive the product you ordered.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, but international shipping policies differ due to customs regulations and shipping costs.

  • International orders are final sale
  • Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer
  • International warranty claims require buyer-paid return shipping
  • Additional shipping insurance can be purchased before ordering

Do you charge return shipping?

No. We cover up to $50 of return shipping if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Why are there cancellation fees?

Payment processors charge transaction fees that are not refunded when an order is canceled. These fees are not kept by 4R Customs and vary by payment method:
