The SS40 White LED Light Bar is all about efficiency and durability. Each optic is engineered to focus every lumen where you need it most, while advanced copper circuit boards and an integrated heatsink keep temperatures stable for consistent performance. The housing is made from powder-coated aluminum and carries an IP69K rating for maximum resistance to water, dust, and vibration — because true off-road gear should survive anything you throw at it.

Choose between Sport or Pro models depending on your setup. Both offer powerful illumination, with the Pro delivering extreme performance for serious off-roaders who need maximum reach and output. The SS40 is also available in a SmartSelect version with an 8-color RGB backlight and dynamic startup sequence, while the standard model includes a clean amber backlight for a classic, functional look.

For even more customization, Diode Dynamics offers optional amber and smoked snap-on lens covers to protect your investment or add a unique aesthetic.
