Wasatch Hardshell comes with a 3 year warranty on all hinges, struts, and T slot attachments on top of our standard 2 year limited warranty noted below.
We offer a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase on all products excluding any damage or defects resulting from:
Normal wear and tear
Sun fading from UV exposure
Improper installation or use
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Acts of nature, including but not limited to, fire, flood, or other natural disasters
For Warranty Claims Sterling Adventure Co will send out the replacement parts free of charge, the customer will be responsible for the installation. Our Wasatch hardshell has been engineered to be incredible modular making any replacement part a simple process.
