If something isn’t right with your order, we want to help fix it. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and our team is always happy to help you get your build back on track.
Standard customers may request returns within 31 days of ordering. Customers with a store account receive an extended 60 day return window.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will cover up to $50 of return shipping. We also do not deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
We want you to be happy with your order. Parts that have been installed may still be returned if the request is made within 15 days of shipping. This ensures parts are not used long term before being returned. If outside of this window, you can always contact us with some images of the product's condition, and we can figure out how to get you taken care of.
Some returns may include a variable restocking fee depending on the condition of the item, packaging, and product type. This fee will be clearly stated in the proudct description if applicable.
Orders canceled after payment processing may incur a small transaction fee charged by payment providers.

All products sold by 4R Customs include manufacturer warranties that cover defects and product failures. We stand behind our parts and will make sure you are taken care of!
If a warranty issue occurs, we will work with the manufacturer to help resolve the problem quickly.
Warranties do not cover improper installation, misuse, intentional modifications, or normal wear and tear. Additional Informtion is available on the product level, always refer to the warranty informaiton within the product listing.
Most orders ship quickly from within the United States. Delivery times depend on the product availability and shipping method selected at checkout.
All shipments include $100 of damage protection. Additional insurance can be added before shipping by contacting us. If you recived a damaged item we will always make sure you are taken care of and recive what you ordered.
We ship worldwide, but international shipping policies differ due to customs regulations and shipping costs.
