Crafted in the USA from heavy-duty 3/16" steel (standard) or lightweight 1/4" 5052 aluminum (optional, raw or black powder coat), every piece is precision laser-cut for a direct bolt-on fit. No drilling or complicated modifications required — just pure, trail-tested protection built for adventure.

RCI Metalworks Warranty Policy (Summary): Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty only applies to the original purchaser. Finish (powder coat) is not covered under warranty — scratches, chips, or normal wear from off-road use are considered normal and not warranted. If a product fails due to a defect (not due to abuse or improper installation), RCI will repair or replace it at their discretion. You typically have to provide proof of purchase and photos to make a claim. Warranty is subject to approval and is fulfilled through the manufacture, not 4R Customs.
