Our Policies

Return Policy

All returns must be requested within 31 days of your order date. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. All returns are subject to a variable restocking fee or may be rejected based on condition. Shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund.
All orders canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, you will receive a refund sooner. This timeline includes:

  • 5–10 business days for transit back to us,

  • 3–5 business days for processing your return, and

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product. We will reply quickly with instructions for returning your item.

Please note that return policies may vary by product. If a specific return policy differs, it will be clearly stated on that product’s page. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the product-level policy before purchase.

Any custom products (color-matched items, headlights, plug-and-play kits, etc.) are non-refundable.
Returns requested outside of the 31-day window or that fail to meet the return requirements are subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on the item condition and packaging.

All headlight sales are final. Headlights are custom built and cannot be canceled or returned once ordered.


Shipping Policy

All products ship fast from the USA!
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide, though certain products may have restrictions or cannot be shipped internationally.

When you place an order, we’ll estimate delivery based on availability and your chosen shipping option. Shipping rates are weight-based and rounded up to the next full pound.

All import charges, taxes, or customs fees for international orders must be paid in full by the buyer.
Items returned to sender due to unpaid charges or canceled international orders will have both the original and return shipping costs deducted from any refund, in addition to processing and restocking fees.

All shipments are automatically insured for $100.
If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, please contact us before ordering. Without prior arrangement, shipments will remain covered for only $100 in the event of damage.


Warranty Policy

Our official warranty does not cover the following:

  • Products received through giveaways

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

  • Intentional modifications

  • Damage beyond normal wear and tear

  • Items not manufactured or sold by 4R Customs or authorized resellers

  • Misuse, mishandling, theft, or loss

  • Non-quality-related issues after 30 days

  • Any costs related to labor, installation, diagnostics, towing, or rentals

All shipments are only covered for $100 in damage protection unless you contact us before ordering and purchase additional coverage.


International/ Over Sea Orders

All international sales are final and non-returnable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders shipped outside the United States.

Damaged international shipments are the responsibility of the carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). By default, only $100 of coverage is included per shipment.

If you would like shipping insurance above $100, you must email us before purchasing to request upgraded coverage.
Without contacting us prior to checkout, your shipment will remain covered for only $100.

Warranty Coverage for International Orders

  • International orders or any orders shipped overseas do not qualify for free warranty service.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs for warranty claims.

  • Orders shipped overseas cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • If damage occurs in transit, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

To protect your purchase, we strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance before ordering. You can email us to add full-value coverage—typically around $100 for most shipments.
